摘要
近年来,在新农科建设的指导下,涉农高校进行了一系列的探索与实践,尤其是地方高校,在新农科人才培养模式改革与创新中,注重学科融合,突出行业特色,重点服务地方和产业。本文重点阐述了新农科的时代内涵及其赋予地方高校的任务,对地方高校开展新农科改革提出了实施路径,同时,重点以大连海洋大学的水产类专业新农科人才培养模式改革的创新实践为例,从专业集群化建设、专业思政融合教育、产教及科教融合、学科交叉课程体系、高水平教材建设以及实践教育等6个方面,总结地方高校实现新农科创新人才培养的实践经验。
In recent years,agricultural universities have conducted a series of explorations and practices under new agriculture science construction guidelines.In the reform and innovation of new agricultural talent training mode,local colleges and universities especially pay attention to the integration of disciplines,highlight the industry characteristics,and focus on serving local and industry.This paper explains the connotation of the new agricultural science and its tasks for local universities.It puts forward the implementation path for local universities to implement the new agricultural science reform.Meanwhile,taking the innovative practice of the reform of new agricultural science talent training mode of aquaculture majors in Dalian Ocean University as an example,this paper summarizes the practical experience of local colleges and universities in realizing the cultivation of new agricultural innovative talents from six aspects:majors cluster construction,major and ideological politics integration education,industry-education and science-education integration,interdisciplinary curriculum system,high-level textbook construction,and practical education,and sums up the concrete experience of cultivating innovative expertise of new agriculture science in local universities.
