摘要
活性污泥模型是污水生物处理领域公认的模拟平台,其在阐明活性污泥工艺的生化反应机理和推动污水生物处理理论方面起着很重要的作用。本文介绍了活性污泥系统中应用较为广泛的仿真软件BioWin的模型机理及其建模过程,并通过实例分析了BioWin软件在深圳市某污水处理厂中的模拟应用。结果表明:模拟值较好地反应污水处理厂实际运行工况,提出了污水厂扩建的合理化建议,分析讨论了软件应用过程中的注意事项。
Activated sludge model is a well-known simulation platform in the field of sewage biological treatment,which plays an important role in clarifying the biochemical reaction mechanism of activated sludge process and developing the theory of sewage biological treatment.This paper introduced the mechanism and modeling process of BioWin,a widely used simulation software of activated sludge system,and analyzed its performance through a case study in a sewage treatment plant of Shenzhen.The results showed that the actual operation conditions of the sewage treatment plant can be reflected better via the simulation output.And put forward some reasonable suggestions for the expansion of sewage plant.Afterwards,things that should be noticed during the application were analyzed and discussed.
