摘要
                
                    制备了勃姆石填充的聚碳酸酯,研究了勃姆石含量对PC光学性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明勃姆石能够在保持透光率的同时有效提高PC的雾度,从而实现良好的光扩散效果。此外,勃姆石对PC具有一定的增强作用,但会引起PC轻微降解,导致流动性大幅上升、韧性轻微下降。当勃姆石含量为2.0%时,材料具有优异的综合性能,有望为LED照明设备的大型化提供具有更高性价比的解决方案。
                
                Boehmite filled polycarbonate was successfully prepared and influence of boehmite on transparency and haze was studied.The result showed good light diffusive effect while high transparency and haze could be achieved at the same time.Additionally,reinforcing effect of boehmite was observed but it also caused hydrolysis of polycarbonate,leading to sharply increase of Flowability and slightly decrease of toughness.Comprehensive performance of this light diffusive polycarbonate material was optimum with 2.0%boehmite loading,which may have potential applications in LED field.
