摘要
石化企业的压力管道定检工作对管道安全以及生产安全具有重要的意义,为了减少压力管道事故的发生保障企业的安全生产,压力管道的科学定检必不可少。石化企业参与压力管道定检的设备维护人员素质与专业水平,企业对压力管道安全问题防范能力,压力管道定检的专业性与科学性等都会影响到定检工作的效果。只有优质可靠的定检工作,才能延长管道的使用寿命,保证安全生产。
The regular inspection of pressure pipelines in petrochemical enterprises is of great significance to pipeline safety and production safety.In order to reduce the occurrence of pressure pipeline accidents and ensure the safe production of enterprises,scientific regular inspections of pressure pipelines are essential.The quality and professional level of equipment maintenance personnel involved in the regular inspection of pressure pipelines in petrochemical companies,the company’s ability to prevent pressure pipeline safety problems,and the professionalism and scientific nature of pressure pipeline regular inspections will all affect the effectiveness of the regular inspection.Only high-quality and reliable regular inspection work can extend the service life of the pipeline and ensure safe production.
