摘要
随着高职教育教学改革工作的持续深入推进,在实现产教融合的基础上,如何开展专业教学团队建设,成为了当前教育工作者需要关注的重点问题之一。本文以安庆医专中药学专业作为研究切入点,从产教融合的角度出发,论述了当前我校高职中药专业教学团队在建设过程中存在的问题,并阐述了中药专业教学团队建设策略,以期在提升中药专业教学质量的基础上,培养出一批优秀的中药专业技术人才。
With the continuous deepening of teaching reform in higher vocational education,how to develop professional teaching team construction on the basis of realizing the integration of industry and education has become one of the key issues that educators need to pay attention to.This paper takes the Chinese medicine specialty of Anqing Medical College as the research entry point,from the perspective of the integration of industry and education,discusses the problems existing in the construction process of the teaching team of Chinese medicine specialty in our college,and expounds the construction strategy of the teaching team of Chinese medicine specialty,hoping to cultivate a batch of excellent technical talents of Chinese medicine specialty on the basis of improving the teaching quality of Chinese medicine specialty.
