摘要
本研究以丝瓜络作为生物膜反应器的碳源和生物膜载体,采用同步硝化反硝化(simultaneous nitrification and denitrification,SND)工艺对低碳城市污水进行处理。但长期运行的丝瓜络会失效,导致出水TN浓度不能满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A出水标准。为保证系统的持续运行,本研究采用20%、40%和60%的更换比,考察系统的脱氮效果、胞外聚合物(extracellular polymeric substance,EPS)以及功能菌丰度的变化,确定40%为最佳更换比例。
This study used loofah sponges as the carbon source and biofilm carrier of the biofilm reactor,and the low carbon source municipal wastewater was treated by the SND process.However,long-term operation of the loofah sponges will fail,resulting in the TN concentration of the effluent cannot meet the first grade A effluent standard of《Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants》.To ensure the continuous operation of the system,this study used 20%,40%and 60%filler replacement ratios to examine the nitrogen removal effect,extracellular polymer(EPS)and functional bacteria abundance changes of system,and the filler replacement ratio was determined to be 40%.
