摘要
本实验旨在探讨五味苦参肠溶胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎模型小鼠mi R-21及炎症因子IL-6表达的影响,并探究其在治疗UC中可能的作用机制。溃疡性结肠炎近年来随着生活习惯的不断改变,发病率逐年增高,根治溃疡性结肠炎依然是目前医疗界赤手可热的话题,传统的治疗方案仍不能给患者带来良好的预后,探究新型方式治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究具有广阔的前景,本文就溃疡性结肠炎治疗的最新进展做简要综述。
This experiment aims to investigate the effect of Wuwei Kushen enteric-coated capsules on the expression of mi R-21 and inflammatory factor IL-6 in mice with ulcerative colitis,and explore its possible mechanism of action in the treatment of UC.Ulcerative colitis has been increasing year by year with the continuous changes in living habits in recent years.The eradication of ulcerative colitis is still a hot topic in the medical profession.Traditional treatments still cannot bring good prognosis for patients.The research on new ways to treat ulcerative colitis has broad prospects.This article briefly reviews the latest progress in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
