摘要
塑料制品已经被广泛地应用于社会生产生活的各个领域,为人们的生活出行带来了很多的便利。热塑性塑料成型的方法众多,大部分制品都采用了注塑工艺加工成型。我国在塑料件浇筑注塑工艺上仍然处于发展的阶段,在加工阶段还存在很多不足,制造的产品存在一定缺陷,影响了塑料制品的质量和使用。对此,文章对塑料制品成型加工缺陷的检测与控制进行分析研究,并提出相应的解决措施,以供参考。
Plastic products have been widely used in various fields of social production and life,bringing a lot of convenience for people’s life travel.There are many methods of thermoplastic molding,and most of the products are processed by injection molding process.China is still in the stage of development in the plastic injection molding process.There are still many deficiencies in the processing stage.The manufactured products have certain defects,which affect the quality and use of the finished products.In this regard,the paper analyzes and studies the detection and control of plastic product molding processing defects,and proposes corresponding solutions for reference.
