摘要
文章简单说明了纺织设备电气自动化控制体系的一般性技术参数,并从清花成卷机、梳棉机、纺织精梳机、粗纱机等方面入手,阐述了纺织设备中电气控制技术的具体应用。同时,结合对某智能喷水织机电控系统的应用事例分析,进一步强调了电气控制技术在纺织设备运行管理及控制中的重要作用。
This paper briefly describes the general technical parameters of the electrical automatic control system of textile equipment.From the aspects of the clear flower winding machine,carding machine,textile combing machine,roving machine and so on,it elaborates the specific application of electrical control technology in textile equipment.At the same time,the important role of electrical control technology in the operation management and control of textile equipment is further emphasized by analyzing an application case of an intelligent water-jet loom electronic control system.
