摘要
TOD(以公共交通为导向的开发)模式是近些年国内外普遍应用的重要规划设计方式之一,对公共站点周边的城市设计及规划起到了不可忽视的指导作用。然而,由于我国市域(郊)铁路建设发展起步较晚,基于该模式的引导体系尚未形成,且我国市域(郊)铁路站区城市设计还存在换乘便捷度低、功能发展滞后等问题。剖析了TOD模式的特征及适用性,提出了将TOD模式植入市域(郊)铁路站区规划的相关建议,并以北京通州西站枢纽地区城市设计为例,分析了TOD模式在市域(郊)铁路站区城市设计中的应用策略。
Because TOD(transit-oriented development)mode is the important planning and design method applied abroad and in China in recent years,giving an unignorably important guidance to the urban design and planning of public station surroundings.However,because the city(suburban)railway construction in China started late,the guidance system based on this mode is still not formed,and the urban design of city(suburban)railway station area in China has problems such as low interchange convenience,lagged functionality development.The characteristics and applicability of TOD mode is analyzed in depth,and relevant suggestions on how to integrate TOD mode into city(suburban)station planning are put forward.Taking the urban design of the hub area of Tongzhouxi Railway Station in Beijing as an example,the application strategy of TOD mode in the urban design of city(suburban)railway stations is analyzed.
