基于PLC的水平卷纸机主臂抗扰动优化控制系统设计

摘要 针对当前造纸生产线用水平卷纸机主臂受到多扰动因素影响,导致运动控制效果差的问题,提出了基于PLC的水平卷纸机主臂抗扰动优化控制系统设计。使用PLC可编程控制器,经过反复运行来抑制干扰。利用继电器承受高电流和高电压,实现对设备负荷控制。使用多组双绞线电源,有效对供电受到的干扰进行控制。通过光电耦合器,抑制短路、暂态脉冲。设计基于PLC的微分器,结合微分先行控制算法,控制主臂输出量。在控制目标的微分环节上,通过转换控制目标转移函数,添加抵抗空气流产生扰动项目,获取经过动态非线性转换的输出信号。通过动态重力补偿,获取补偿后的控制输出,避免自重产生的控制干扰。由实验结果可知,该系统信号跟踪结果与实际信号存在最大为0.2的误差,对主臂位姿控制精准。 In order to solve the problem that the main arm of the horizontal winder used in the paper production line is affected by many disturbance factors,resulting in poor motion control effect,an anti disturbance optimal control system design of the main arm of the horizontal winder based on PLC is proposed.PLC programmable controller is used to suppress interference after repeated operation.The relay is used to bear high current and high voltage to control the equipment load.Multiple twisted pair power supplies are used to effectively control the interference of power supply.Short circuit and transient pulse are suppressed by optocoupler.A differentiator based on PLC is designed to control the output of the main boom by combining the differential advance control algorithm.In the differential link of the control target,the transfer function of the control target is converted,and the item of resistance to air induced disturbance is added to obtain the output signal after dynamic nonlinear conversion.Through dynamic gravity compensation,the compensated control output is obtained to avoid control interference caused by self weight.It can be seen from the experimental results that there is a maximum error of 0.2 between the signal tracking result and the actual signal of the system,and the position and attitude control of the main arm is accurate.
