摘要
纸质档案资料作为资料的原始凭证的重要性不言而喻,尤其是各类珍贵的年代久远的历史资料,只能以纸质作为载体进行传承,所以纸质档案的完整保存就成为了档案管理的重要方面。在纸质资料保存的过程中,由于内外环境的双重影响,比如保存档案外部环境光照对于纸质资料的光损,外部湿度和温度的双重影响,纸质资料本身的内部化学因素都会对纸质资料本身产生不同程度的损害。纸质档案会随着时间的流逝出现不同程度的破损,从纸张档案资料的老化原因和检测两个方面进行阐述并提出了纸质档案资料的保存策略。
The importance of paper archives as the original evidence of materials is self-evident,especially all kinds of precious and ancient historical materials can only be inherited on paper as a carrier,so the complete preservation of paper archives becomes a important aspects of file management.In the process of paper data preservation,due to the dual influence of the internal and external environment,such as the light loss of the external environment light on the paper data,the dual effects of external humidity and temperature,the internal chemical factors of the paper data itself will affect the paper data.The data itself produces varying degrees of damage.Paper archives will be damaged to varying degrees with the passage of time.This paper expounds the aging causes and detection of paper archives and proposes a preservation strategy for paper archives.
