摘要
造纸设备以旋转机械为主,在恶劣的工作环境下容易出现故障。一种高精度、高性能的设备运行监测系统的构建对造纸厂生产效率与经济效益的提升有着重要意义。对此,在介绍几种造纸设备工作原理的基础上,分析了设备常见的几种故障类型和原因,探究了针对不同故障所适用的监测算法。重点设计了一种基于振动分析技术的造纸设备运行监测系统,系统的硬件设计中采用STM32F103C8T6作为主控芯片,采用ADXL372型号数字式加速度传感器采集振动故障信号,并加入通信模块、存储模块和显示模块等。选择μC/OS-II系统作为操作系统,设计了传感器和SD卡初始化和操作过程。最后通过实验验证,证实该系统有着良好的应用效果。
Papermaking equipment is mainly rotating machinery,which is prone to failure in harsh working environment.The construction of a high precision and high performance equipment operation monitoring system is of great significance to the improvement of production efficiency and economic benefits of paper mills.In this regard,on the basis of introducing the working principle of several papermaking equipment,the common types and causes of several kinds of equipment faults are analyzed,and the suitable monitoring algorithms for different faults are explored.A paper making equipment operation monitoring system based on vibration analysis technology is mainly designed.In the hardware design of the system,STM32F103C8T6 is used as the main control chip,ADXL372 digital acceleration sensor is used to collect vibration fault signals,and the communication module,memory module and display module are added.TheμC/OS-II system is chosen as the operating system,and the initialization and operation process of the sensor and SD card are designed.Finally,the experiment proves that the system has a good application effect.
