摘要
最近一段时间,东北亚地区各国间关系伴随着周遭环境的变化呈现着错综复杂的发展态势。在和平发展合作共赢早已成为普遍诉求的当今世界,东北亚地区各国应研究借鉴世界上其他区域一体化发展的成功经验,在政府和民间两个层面就构建区域发展与安全共同体、最终走向命运共同体的可行性进行沟通、研讨和磋商,共同推动地区局势进一步缓和,推动各国多方位、多领域、多层次、多主体的务实合作向纵深发展。
In recent years,the relationship between countries in Northeast Asia has displayed a complex trend as with the changes of the surrounding environment.In today’s world where peace,development,cooperation and win-win situations have long been universal appeals,countries in Northeast Asia should further study and draw on the successful experience of other regions in the world on integration and development,study,exchange ideas,and consult on the feasibility of building a regional development and security community,and ultimately a community of shared future at both governmental and non-governmental levels,so as to further ease regional situation and promote in-depth and pragmatic cooperation of different countries in various directions,fields,levels and subjects.
