摘要
当今,世界大变局加速演进,世界之变、时代之变、历史之变正以前所未有的方式展开,世界进入新的动荡变革期。地区冲突、气候危机、卫生安全等问题层出不穷,人口数量和格局结构急剧变化,技术革命加速人类社会发展进程。在此背景下,国家的声誉和信誉受到考验,公共外交成为影响国际关系和重塑国家影响力的重要组成部分。本文总结了近年尤其是2023年全球主要国家在公共外交领域的最新实践,分析在世界动荡变革期全球公共外交的特点和趋势,并提出关于中国在新时期开展公共外交的几点思考。
At present,great changes in the world are accelerating.The change of the world,the era and history is unfolding in an unprecedented manner,and the world has entered a new period of turbulence and change.In such a period,regional conflicts,the climate crisis,health security and other issues keep cropping up,population size and structure are changing rapidly,and the technology revolution has accelerated the development of human society.In this context,a country's reputation and credibility are put to the test,while public diplomacy plays an important part in influencing international relations and reshaping national influence.This paper summarized the latest practices of the world's major countries in the field of public diplomacy in recent years,especially in 2023,analyzed the characteristics and trends of global public diplomacy in the period of turmoil and change in the world,and put forward several reflections on China's public diplomacy in the new era.
