摘要
通过在甘肃省渭源县会川镇半干旱地区大田试验,利用不同剂型微生物菌肥替代部分化肥,研究其对燕麦生长和品质的影响。结果表明:液体菌肥对燕麦的促生作用低于固体菌肥和包衣菌肥,菌肥+50%化肥和全量菌肥对燕麦促生效果低于菌肥+70%化肥。固体、包衣剂型菌肥+70%化肥处理燕麦株高、干草产量、粗脂肪含量与全量化肥处理相比无显著差异,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维显著低于全量化肥处理,燕麦根系生物量和相对饲用价值显著高于全量化肥处理。利用固体、包衣微生物菌肥替代30%化肥可以提高化肥利用率,减少化肥用量,稳定燕麦产量,并能促进燕麦生长,提升燕麦营养品质。
The effects of different dosages of microbial fertilizer on the growth and quality of oat were studied by field experiment in semi-arid area of Dingxi city,Gansu province.The results showed that the effect of liquid bacterial fertilizer on oat growth was lower than that of solid bacterial fertilizer and coating bacterial fertilizer.Microbial fertilizer+50%chemical fertilizer and 100%microbial fertilizer had lower effect on growth of oats than bacterial fertilizer+70%chemical fertilizer.Under the treatment of solid and coated bacterial fertilizer+70%chemical fertilizer,there was no significant difference in the plant height,hay yield and crude fat content of treated oats compared with that of the 100%chemical fertilizer treatment,and the neutral and acid detergent fibers were significantly lower than that of the 100%chemical fertilizer treatment.Root biomass and relative feeding value of oat were significantly higher than that of 100%chemical fertilizer treatment.Using solid and coated microbial fertilizer instead of 30%chemical fertilizer can improve the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer,reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer,stabilize the production of oats,promote the growth of oats and improve the nutritional quality of oats.
