印度梨形孢提高烤烟抗旱能力的机理初探 被引量:2

Preliminary probe to the mechanism of Piriformospora indica improving drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco

摘要 为探明干旱胁迫下印度梨形孢提高烤烟抗旱能力的机理,以云烟87为试验材料,自然干旱7d,分析了生理生化指标及干旱相关基因表达的变化。结果表明,印度梨形孢能够定殖于烤烟根部,促进烤烟地上和地下部分生长,且干旱胁迫后叶片褪绿不明显,干旱症状轻微。在干旱胁迫下,与对照相比,接种印度梨形孢烤烟叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量降低缓慢,可溶性蛋白和Pro含量显著升高,MDA含量降低。随干旱处理时间延长,接种印度梨形孢烤烟叶片SOD和POD活性呈现先升高后下降的趋势,干旱相关基因NTNAC1和NAC4的表达上调,且显著高于对照植株。文中研究初步明确了印度梨形孢提高烤烟抗旱能力的机理,为深入研究印度梨形孢的抗逆性和烤烟在干旱地区的种植生产提供了理论基础。 In order to explore the mechanism of Piriformospora indica enhancing drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco under drought stress,Yunyan 87 was used as the experimental material,and the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes and the expression of related drought resistance genes were analyzed under natural drought for 7 days.The results showed that P.indica could colonize the root of flue-cured tobacco and promote the growth of above-ground and underground parts of flue-cured tobacco,and chlorosis of leaves and symptoms of their drought were not obvious.Under drought stress,the content of chlorophyll-a,chlorophyll-b and total chlorophyll reduced slowly,soluble protein and Pro increased significantly,and contents of MDA reduced in flue-cured tobacco inoculated with P.indica.With the extension of drought treatment time,the SOD and POD activities in leaves increased firstly and then decreased,the expression of drought-related gene NtNAC1 and NAC4 increased,and they were significantly higher than those of the control plants.This study preliminarily clarified the mechanism in P.indica enhancing drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco,and provided a theoretical basis for further research on the stress resistance of P.indica inoculation and the production of flue-cured tobacco in arid areas.
