摘要
中国近代海关的二元管理体制由海关监督管理下的常关和外籍税务司制度管理下的洋关组成。这一历史背景下形成的档案文献是历史研究和社会研究的重要史料。作为近代广东海关档案文献的主体部分,广东省档案馆馆藏近代海关档案文献具有重要研究价值和开发意义。本文在对档案保存与整理的现状进行摸底调查与分析的基础上,提出了档案文献整理的原则,并以拱北关、三水关为代表进行阶段性实践,以求进一步探索近代海关档案文献整理的理论和方法。
The modern Chinese Maritime Customs Service operated on a dualtrack system,consisting of the Native Customs managed by a superintendent and the Foreign Customs managed by a commissioner.The documents of the Maritime Customs Archives,mainly preserved in the Guangdong Provincial Archival Center,are important materials for the study of history and local society.This article discusses the archival arrangement principles through the experience of managing the documents of Lappa and Sanshui Customs.
