摘要
本文通过对91位国际中文教师在远程教学中的反思日志进行内容分析,揭示了远程中文教学中出现的问题,并提出了相应的教师发展策略。研究发现,国际中文教师在远程教学中存在教师教学、师生交流和网络技术三个方面的问题。其中,教师教学是最主要的问题。这说明中文教师能够认识到自身的不足,渴望获得专业发展。为此,本研究从教学实践、专业技能和终身发展等方面提出了中文教师发展的策略,对促进国际中文教师发展,优化教学效果具有实践意义。
Based on the content analysis of the reflection diaries of 91 Chinese language teachers in distance teaching,this study reveals the problems in distance Chinese teaching and puts forward the corresponding teacher development strategies.The study results demonstrate that the issues arising in distance Chinese teaching manifest in three aspects:teacher education,teacher-student communication,and network technology.The results of this study indicate that international Chinese teachers can recognize their shortcomings and are willing to obtain professional development.In order to solve these problems,this manuscript proposes strategies for Chinese teacher development from the aspects of teaching practice,professional skills and lifelong development.The results of this study have practical significance for promoting the development of international Chinese teachers and optimizing the teaching effect.
