摘要
地方本科院校向应用型转变不仅仅是教与学的变化,还体现在组织形态、组织结构和组织运行机制等方面。这种系统性的组织变革要解决"头动身不动"的现象,就需要找出组织变革的关键维度与重要机制,解决组织间的传导问题。基于北京大学教育经济研究所"2017年地方本科院校转型发展调查"数据,采用多元线性回归模型和结构方程模型,研究发现:学校层面转型的维度能显著影响院系层次的组织转型;相对来讲,学校层面的校企合作制度对院系层面的转型影响最大,说明校企合作制度是组织转型的关键;在转型过程中学校层面采取行政强推的方式虽然会对院系的组织转型产生一定的效果,但效果较小,这同本科院校学术组织的特点有关;结构方程模型分析还发现:学校层次上的办学定位、理念与规划等方面的转型维度会对实操性维度有积极促进作用。基于上述发现,建议地方本科院校转型过程中应高度重视制度的作用,特别是校企合作制度在转型中的关键作用,少用行政强推办法;在学校层面,还要特别注意发挥办学定位、理念与规划等的引导性作用。
Local universities and colleges’application-oriented transformation is a systematic change,so organizational transformation is the key.Based on large-scale data survey collected from teachers in local universities and colleges in 2017,this study adopted multiple linear regression model and structural equation model,and obtained the following findings:each dimension of university organizational transformation affects the schools’organizational transformation,showing a systematic feature that the higher level influences the lower level,and the dimension of university organizational transformation has the greatest influence on the corresponding dimension of colleges;The university-enterprise cooperation guidance and incentive has the greatest influence on each dimension of the school transformation;In the process of transformation,the way of administrative promotion in university has certain effect on the organizational transformation of the school,but the effect is small.
