摘要
以热收缩法成型了内径12.8 mm碳纤维管,并对铺层结构、缠带张力、模具放置方式对碳纤维管的轴向压缩强度的影响进行了研究,进一步用Ansys软件计算了碳纤维管在20 kN轴向压缩载荷条件下的逆储备因子云图。结果发现,提高缠带张力、增加45°预浸料的加入、模具横置条件下有助于碳纤维管的轴向压缩性能,轴向压缩强度的测试结果与仿真分析结果基本一致。
The carbon fiber tube with an inner diameter of 12.8 mm was formed using a heat-shrink method,and the effects of layup structure,winding tension and mold placement on the axial compression strength of the carbon fiber tube were studied.Furthermore,Ansys software was employed to calculate the inverse reserve factor contour map for the carbon fiber tubes under a 20 kN axial compression load.The results showed that increasing the winding tension,incorporating 45°prepreg,and placing the mold transversely contribute to the axial compression performance of carbon fiber tubes.The axial compression strength test results were basically consistent with the simulation results.
