摘要
战士类学员是我校通过军队高考招收的具有基层部队经历的青年学员,他们的培养对于展示我校教学特色和优势、了解部队的需求具有窗口式的作用。根据基于调查问卷得到的学情分析结果,以课堂演示为切入点,通过创造包含各种物理因素的外部教学环境,设计具有明显军事主题的实践内容和实践环节,我们从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法和实践手段上开展了战士类学员大学物理课程的教学模式改革试点。试点结果表明,基于服务部队的直接需求,战士类学员更适合该教学模式。该教学模式符合我校两类人才培养的总体目标,是一种可以推广的教学方式和人才培养方式。
Soldier students are special ones which are enrolled through examination throughout the army exam.This type of students has great difference compared with other ones since they have working experiences in grass-roots unit in the army.Their education experience is a useful window both for exhibition of the characters and the strengths of our university and understanding the requirements of the basic force.On the basis of the analysis from a questionnaire,we provide s new type of reform for the college physics.Our reform is based on the demonstration experiment on the class by creating an surrounding with different physics factors.We design a practice form which is mainly served for the requirements from the army.The students are required to finish some aim which is based on the physics principle and should include some innovation.This reform involves the change of the teaching methods,the practice mode and exam pattern.The reform shows that the soldier students can benefit much from this education and this type of teaching for college physics can extrapolate to some other similar students.
