摘要
近年来,我国经济快速发展,社会对危险化学品的需求迅猛增长,危险货物的运输需求也随之逐年增加,给交通运输行业带来巨大的压力和挑战。从人-机-环境的角度出发,全面分析了不同运输方式下的危险货物运输风险的主要影响因素,建立了风险评价指标体系,并对危险货物运输风险分级指标评价体系进行了研究。同时,针对运输过程中的主要风险点,提出了相应的管控策略。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid growth of social demand for dangerous chemicals,the transport demand of dangerous goods is also increasing year by year,which brings great pressure and challenges to the transport industry.From the perspective of man-machine-environment,the main factors influencing the risk of dangerous goods transport in different transport are comprehensively analyzed,a risk evaluation indicator system is established,and the risk classification indicator evaluation system for dangerous goods transport is studied.Meanwhile,the corresponding control strategies for the main risk points in the transport process are proposed.
