摘要
为解决当前道路工程领域内广泛使用的取芯机功能单一、对现场工人要求高、长距离大点取样时工作效率低下等问题,通过广泛调研、严格理论分析和工程样机试制,研发出了一款依托通用载具,集自动收放、升降、钻芯、取芯、清洗、芯样检测等功能于一体的全自动智能化道路取芯机系统。样机测试证明,本研究成果可大大提高取芯作业效率,极大改善现场作业人员的工作环境和安全性,具有极高的社会、经济效益。
To solve the problems in the present coring machines widely used in the field of road engineering,such as unitary function,high requirements for on-site workers,low work efficiency especially in long-distance and multi-point coring,a fully automatic intelligent road coring machine system attached to the general vehicle,integrating automatic retraction,lifting,core drilling,core clamping,hole cleaning,sample inspection and other functions is developed through extensive investigation,strict theoretical analysis and engineering prototype trial production.The prototype test shows that the R&D can greatly increase the efficiency of coring operation and improve the working environment and safety of field operators,thus has high social and economic benefits.
