摘要
绿色低碳高质量发展已成为中国国策,桥梁也从基础通行功能的市政设施转向兼顾城市环境品质的空间载体。为践行公园城市理念,提升人居空间品质、建设美好家园,切实改善城市人居环境,以成都市城市桥梁维护保养,品质提升思路与措施为切入点,结合实践,从“维护加固,提升桥梁使用性能-绿色降碳,打造垂直绿化-空间利用,增加桥梁功能-美化提升,融合城市特色设计”4个方面递进式提升策略,总结提炼桥梁检测、病害处理、桥梁加固、空间利用、垂直绿化、色彩美化、特色栏杆等方面的设计及工程经验,探索在绿色低碳政策指导下,桥梁维护提升方面可行的思路与措施。以桥梁品质提升助力城市更新,为打造宜居、美好的公园城市提供理论和实践支撑。
Green,low-carbon and high-quality development are sort of national policy in China.Bridges also shift from municipal facilities with basic traffic functions to spatial carriers that take into account the quality of urban environment.To practice the concept of park city,improve the quality of living space,build up better home,and effectively improve the urban living environment,take the ideas and measures on urban bridge maintenance and improvement in Chengdu city as study background.Based on practice,the progressive improvement strategy is proposed from 4 aspects of bridge performance improvement and green carbon reduction,creating vertical greening-space utilization,bridge function-beautification enhancement,and integrating urban characteristic design.The design and engineering experience are summarized and extracted in bridge detection,disease treatment,bridge reinforcement,space utilization,vertical greening,color beautification,and characteristic railings.The feasible ideas and measures on bridge maintenance and improvement under the guidance of green and low-carbon policies are explored.To enhance the of bridge quality and assist urban renewal,provide theoretical and practical support for building livable and beautiful park cities.
