摘要
目的:对头孢孟多酯钠用于骨科术后抗感染的疗效进行分析。方法:将行骨科手术的80例患者纳入研究,按随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各40例。实验组给予头孢孟多酯钠,对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液;对比两组伤口愈合情况,WBC、CRP、ESR水平以及不良反应发生率。结果:实验组愈合有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),实验组的WBC、CRP、ESR水平和药物不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头孢孟多酯钠用于骨科术后抗感染有助于患者伤口的愈合,并降低感染的发生率,有较高的安全性。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Cefmenate Sodium in anti-infection after orthopedic surgery.Methods:80 patients who underwent orthopaedic surgery were included in the study.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the digital random table method,with 40 patients in each group.Cefmenate Sodium was given to the experimental group,Levofloxacin Hydrochloride injection was given to the reference group.The wound healing,WBC,CRP,ESR levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The healing efficiency of the experimental group(97.50%)was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%),the levels of WBC,CRP,ESR and adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cefmenate Sodium is useful in anti-infection after orthopedic surgery,which can help wound healing,reduce the incidence of infection,and has high safety.
