摘要
重症监护病房(ICU)应用机械通气可降低危重患者的病死率,但长时间卧床容易导致获得性肌无力的发生,对患者功能预后及生活质量造成严重影响。研究显示ICU机械通气患者早期活动有助于减少并发症和预防功能障碍,提高患者的生活质量。笔者就近年来有关ICU机械通气患者早期活动的研究进展作一综述。
The application of mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit(ICU)can reduce mortality of critically-ill patients,but prolonged bed rest stay may easily lead to the occurrence of acquired myasthenia,which has serious impact on the prognosis of patients’function and quality of life.Studies have shown that early activities in patients on mechanical ventilation in ICU can reduce complications and prevent dysfunction,and improve patients’quality of life.This author summarizes the research progress of early activities in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation in recent years.
