摘要
目的:通过对冠心病患者实施不同剂量的双源CT冠状动脉成像检测,观察其成像效果,探究不同剂量双源CT成像特点。方法:从我院诊治的患者中随机抽取94例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组47例,实施常规剂量双源CT检测;观察组47例,实施低剂量双源CT检测,比较两组冠状动脉成像效果。结果:观察组图像噪声为(19.56±1.69)Hu低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者检查螺距、图像质量和ROI面积无统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组ED为(7.65±0.54)mSy低于对照组(P<0.001),DLP为(508.23±5.23)mGy.cm低于对照组(P<0.001),CTDIvol为(35.26±3.97)mGy低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:双源CT低剂量冠状动脉成像与常规剂量相比,冠心病受到的辐射剂量减少,同时图像噪声降低,螺距、图像质量、ROI面积没有受到影响,值得临床应用。
Objective:To observe the imaging effects of different doses of dual-source CT coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease,and to explore the characteristics of dual-source CT imaging withdifferent doses.Methods:A total of 94 patients randomly selected in our hospital were randomized into the control group and observation group,each with 47 cases.Conventional dose dual-source CT detection was performed for the control group,while low-dose dual-source CT was conducted for the observation group.Then the imaging effects of coronary artery imaging in both groups were compared.Results:The image noise of the observation group was(19.56±1.69)Hu,which was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the pitch,image quality and ROI area between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group had an ED of(7.65±0.54)mSy,lower than that of the control group(P<0.001);DLP was(508.23±5.23)mGy.cm in the observation group,lower than that of the control group(t=142.456,P<0.001);and CTDIvolin the observation group was(35.26±3.97)mGy,also lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional dosedual-source CT detection,dual-source CT low-dose coronary angiography can reduce the radiation doseand the image noise of patients with coronary heart disease.Meanwhile,the pitch,image quality and ROI area will not be affected,which was worthy of clinical application.
