摘要
目的:观察盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效及对患者血清5-HT、IL-1、Hcy的影响。方法:60例老年脑卒中后抑郁患者用盐酸帕罗西汀片进行治疗,分析疗效与检测血清5-HT、IL-1、Hcy水平。结果:治疗完成后,患者的NIHSS、HAMD、HAMA评分较治疗前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者血清5-HT、IL-1水平升高,Hcy水平下降(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁有良好效果。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of paroxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with post-stroke depression and its influence on serum 5-HT,IL-1 and Hcy.Methods:60 elderly patients with post-stroke depression were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets.The curative effect was analyzed and serum 5-HT,IL-1 and Hcy levels were detected.Results:After the treatment,the NIHSS,HAMD,HAMA scores of the patients were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the serum 5-HT and IL-1 levels were increased,and the Hcy levels were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paroxetine hydrochloride tablets have good effect in the treatment of senile post-stroke depression.
