高频彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移(LNM)诊断中的应用价值。方法:91例乳腺癌患者行高频CDFI检查,并以病理学检测结果为标准,分析高频CDFI在乳腺癌腋窝LNM中的诊断价值。结果:91例乳腺癌患者,病理检测,腋窝LNM 47例,未转移44例;高频CDFI诊断乳腺癌腋窝LNM与病理检测的一致性较好(Kappa=0.846,P<0.05);高频CDFI诊断乳腺癌腋窝LNM敏感度为91.5%,准确度为92.3%,特异度为93.2%。结论:高频CDFI诊断乳腺癌腋窝LNM的准确率高。 Objective:To investigate the application value of high-frequency color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis(LNM)of breast cancer.Methods:91 cases of breast cancer patients underwent high-frequency CDFI examination,and the value of high-frequency CDFI in the diagnosis of axillary LNM of breast cancer was analyzed based on the results of pathological examinations.Results:Among the 91 cases of breast cancer,there were 47 cases of axillary LNM and 44 cases of non-metastasis by pathological examination;high-frequency CDFI diagnosis of breast cancer axillary LNM is consistent with the pathological detection(Kappa=0.846,P<0.05);the sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of high-frequency CDFI in the diagnosis of axillary LNM of breast cancer were 91.5%,92.3%and 93.2%,respectively.Conclusion:High-frequency CDFI has high accuracy in diagnosing axillary LNM of breast cancer.
