摘要
目的探讨四子种王胶囊应用于治疗弱畸精症患者的临床应用效果,观察其对患者精子质量以及试管婴儿中ICSI结局的影响。方法选取我院于2017年5月—2018年5月收治的114例弱畸精症患者作为此次研究对象,采用随机数表的方式将114例弱畸精症患者分为观察组与对照组,2组患者各57例;给予对照组患者应用常规维生素E治疗,观察组则采用四子种王胶囊治疗,2组患者均持续治疗12周;观察对比2组患者在治疗后的精液量、精子浓度、精子活率、精子正常形态率等精子质量情况以及试管婴儿中卵胞浆内单精子注射技术(ICSI)的结局情况。结果观察组患者在治疗后精子浓度、精子活率、精子正常形态率等均显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组患者精液量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者2PN(2原核)受精率显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组患者的优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率、2PN卵裂率以及流产率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用四子种王胶囊治疗弱畸精症患者效果显著,能明显改善患者精子质量,同时有效提高试管婴儿中ICSI的2PN受精率,具有临床应用推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of Sizi Zhongwang capsule in the treatment of patients with weak azoospermia,and to observe its effect on sperm quality of patients and the outcome of ICSI in IVF.Methods A total of 114 patients with weak azoospermia who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study.114 patients with weak azoospermia were divided into observation group and control by random number table,with 57 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional vitamin E,and the observation group was treated with Sizi Zhongwang capsule.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The amount of semen,sperm density,sperm motility,normal morphology rate of sperm and other sperm quality and the outcome of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)in IVF after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The sperm density,sperm motility and normal morphology rate of sperm of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference of semen volume between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The 2 PN(2 pronuclear)fertilization rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the high quality embryo rate,clinical pregnancy rate,2 PN cleavage of the two groups of patients.There was no significant difference in the rate and the rate of abortion(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Sizi Zhongwang capsule in the treatment of patients with weak azoospermia is effective,can significantly improve the sperm quality of patients,and effectively improve the 2 PN fertilization rate of ICSI in IVF,which has clinical application value.
