摘要
目的探讨骨科患者护理中应用中药封包联合大黄粉贴敷神阙穴干预对排便效果影响。方法纳入2017年3月—2019年2月治疗的60例患者进行研究。患者均为下肢骨折。依据随机对照原则分为2组,分别是观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组:大黄粉贴敷神阙穴干预。观察组:联合中药封包外敷干预。观察疗效、排便舒适度。结果观察组总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组排便舒适度比对照组好,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论骨科患者护理中应用中药封包联合大黄粉贴敷神阙穴对排便效果有积极的影响,可以提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的排便舒适度。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with Dahuang powder on defecation in the nursing of orthopedic patients.Methods 60 patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were included in the study.All the patients were lower extremity fractures.According to the principle of random control,the patients were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.The control group applied Dahuang powder Shenque(RN8)for intervention.The observation group combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The curative effect and defecation comfort was observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,which was higher than 50.00%of the control group,and there had significant differences(P<0.05),and the defecation comfort of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing of orthopedic patients has a positive effect on the defecation effect,which can improve the treatment effect and defecation comfort.
