摘要
目的通过中成药处方专项点评,规范医院中成药的合理使用;探究中成药点评标准,达成点评共识。方法分别从2015年3月—2016年2月以及2014年3月—2015年2月开具的中成药处方中,各抽取1800张(每月150张)分为研究组和对照组,从处方的规范性、适宜性、是否超常用药等维度进行点评;查阅文献,对中成药点评标准进行探究。结果点评后处方合格率大幅提高,对点评标准取得共识,争议点消除。结论开展中成药处方专项点评工作,统一点评标准,有助于提高中成药处方的合格率,减少不良反应发生率,降低患者的次均药费,规范临床合理用药。
Objective To standardize the rational use of proprietary Chinese medicines through special comments on proprietary Chinese medicines,and to explore the evaluation standard of proprietary Chinese medicine and reach a consensus.Methods From March 2015 to February 2016 and from March 2014 to February 2015,1800 prescriptions of Chinese patent drugs were extracted respectively(150 prescriptions per month).They were divided into study group and control group.The literature was reviewed,and the evaluation standard of proprietary Chinese medicines was explored.Results After the review,the qualified rate of prescription was greatly improved,consensus was reached on the review standard,and disputes were eliminated.Conclusion Carrying out the special review of Chinese patent medicine prescription and unify the review standard is helpful to improve the qualified rate of Chinese patent medicine prescription,reduce the average drug cost per time for patients,and standardize clinical rational drug use.
