摘要
角药是在中医基础理论指导下,将产生协同、拮抗等作用的三味中药联合应用,通过药物之间的辅助、制约、激发作用,使整体达到相辅相成、减毒增效作用的一组药。麻黄辛温微苦,具有发汗解表,宣肺平喘,利水消肿之功效,为中医发汗解表第一要药,临证中多与杏仁、连翘、附子、桂枝、石膏、薏苡仁、苍术、赤小豆、细辛、甘草等组成角药,在瘙痒性皮肤病中应用广泛。此文对经方中麻黄角药及其在瘙痒性皮肤病中的应用进行梳理,根据其治法,分为温阳解表、解表除湿、解表散寒、解表清热4个方面进行阐述,以期对瘙痒性皮肤病的治疗有所裨益。
Under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,triplet herb is the combined application of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine that produce synergistic and antagonistic effects.Through the auxiliary,restrictive and stimulating effects between drugs,the whole can achieve the role of complementing each other,reducing toxicity and enhancing effect.Ephedra is mild and bitter,with sweating and relieving surface,lung asthma,water and swelling effect,for the first medicine of TCM sweating and relieving surface,clinical with almond,forsythia,aconite,cinnamon twigs,gypsum,coix seed,atractylodes,red bean,asarum,licorice and other components of horn medicine,widely used in pruritus skin diseases.In this paper,ephedra and triplet herb and its application in pruritus dermatosis were reviewed.According to different treatment methods,ephedra decoction was divided into four aspects,namely,warming yang and clearing exterior,dispelling exterior cold and clearing heat,with a view to contributing to the treatment of pruritus dermatosis.
