摘要
不孕症是由多种因素导致的生育障碍性疾病,随着当前社会的发展、文化观念的转变、生活环境的改变、工作压力的增大,不孕症患病人数逐年上涨。中医学认为不孕症与肝脾肾三脏密切相关,病机以肾虚为本,先天之精不足,后天生化乏源,导致津液不畅,聚而成痰,肝郁则气血阻滞,气滞、痰凝、血瘀等病理产物阻滞胞宫最终导致不孕。故石学慧教授提出“温通”治疗大法,以温针灸为主要手段,补虚通络,兼行气、化痰、活血,临床常常获效,对于针灸治疗不孕症的临床实践有一定的参考意义。
Female infertility is a fertility disorder caused by a variety of factors.With the development of the current society,the change of cultural concepts,the change of living environment and the increase of work pressure,the number of female infertility patients has increased year by year.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that infertility is closely related to the three viscera of liver,spleen and kidney.The pathogenesis is based on kidney deficiency,congenital lack of essence,spleen deficiency and acquired biochemical deficiency,body fluid obstruction and phlegm,liver depression blocks qi and blood,and the pathological products such as qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis block the cell palace and eventually lead to infertility.Therefore,Professor Shi Xuehui proposed“warmly dredging method”as the treatment method,the selection of warm needle moxibustion as the main means,the treatment of tonifying the deficiency and clearing collaterals,qi,phlegm,blood circulation,clinical results are often effective.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of infertility clinical practice has certain reference significance.
