摘要
目的观察浮针联合刃针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选取33例肩周炎患者,采用浮针疗法联合刃针方案治疗,以CMS中文评分表为评价指标,对比其治疗前与治疗后的评分变化,以观察其疗效。结果治疗后,所有患者CMS评分均较治疗前降低。结论浮针联合刃针治疗肩周炎有显著优势,可缩短治疗时间并增强疗效,值得在临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of a combined treatment using the Fu’s subcutaneous needling(FSN)method and blade needle method for periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 33 patients diagnosed with periarthritis of shoulder were treated a combined therapy of the FSN method and the blade needle method.CMS Chinese score scale was used as the evaluation index to compare the score changes before and after treatment to observe the curative effect.Results After treatment,all patients had lower CMS scores than before treatment.Conclusion The combined use of the FSN method and the blade needle method in treating periarthritis of shoulder has significant advantages,including shortening the treatment time and enhancing efficacy.It is a treatment worth further promoting and utilizing in clinical practice.
