摘要
目的桃红四物汤联合骨化三醇及碳酸钙D3对粗隆间骨折患者术后愈合的临床疗效。方法将63例粗隆间骨折患者分为A、B、C 3组,A组:桃红四物汤联合骨化三醇及碳酸钙D3治疗;B组:桃红四物汤治疗;C组:骨化三醇及碳酸钙D3治疗。治疗3个月后观察对比疗效。结果治疗后,A组骨折愈合时间较B、C 2组缩短(P<0.05);3组Harris评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且A组较B、C 2组升高(P<0.05);3组骨密度较治疗前均升高(P<0.05);3组骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(OC)较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且A组较B、C 2组升高(P<0.05);3组抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP5b)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基末端肽(CTX-1)较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且A组低于B、C 2组(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤联合骨化三醇及碳酸钙D3对股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA术后骨折愈合疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with calcitriol and calcium carbonate d3 on postoperative healing of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 63 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were divided into group A,group B and group C.Group A received peach red Siwu Decoction combined with calcitriol and calcium carbonate D3 treatment.Group B received Taohong Siwu decoction.Group C received calcitriol and calcium carbonate D3.The therapeutic effect was observed and compared after 3 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the healing time of fracture in group A was shorter than that in group B and group C(P<0.05).The Harris score of the three groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and that of group A was higher than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).Bone mineral density in 3 groups was increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),BALP and OC in 3 groups were increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and group A was increased compared with group B and group C(P<0.05).TRACP5b and CTX-1 in 3 groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in group A were lower than those in group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction combined with calcitriol and calcium carbonate d3 on postoperative healing of intertrochanteric fracture has significant effect.
