摘要
电子功能材料在现代军事武器装备领域中扮演着重要角色,发展电子功能材料智能制造技术、满足电子功能材料制造业多品种、小批量、高质量且高效率的生产要求,对于推动电子功能材料产业供给侧结构性改革、提升我国武器装备的竞争优势具有重要作用。本文梳理了电子功能材料智能制造关键技术理论研究和实践发展现状,以及电子功能材料智能制造标准体系理论研究和实践发展现状,指出了国内在关键技术及标准体系方面取得的成就以及欠缺,对今后电子功能材料智能制造产业健康发展起到了引导作用。
Information functional materials play an important role in the field of modern military weaponry.Development of intelligent manufacturing technology for information functional materials,and meeting the multi-variety,small-volume,high-quality and high-efficiency production requirements of information functional materials manufacturing can promote the supply-side structural reform of the information functional materials industry,at the same time,it can play an important role in improving the competitive advantage of China’s weapons and equipment.This paper introduced the theoretical research and practical development of key technologies for intelligent manufacturing of information functional materials,and the theoretical research and practice development status of intelligent manufacturing standard system for information functional materials.Pointed out the achievements and shortcomings of key technologies and standards systems in domestic,it will guide the healthy development of information function material intelligent manufacturing industry in the future.
