成贵铁路复杂山区隧道群设计技术要点

摘要 成贵铁路通过四川盆地到云贵高原的越岭段,受地形条件限制,越岭段隧道比例高达86.16%,同时地质条件极其复杂,沿线危岩落石、岩溶、煤层瓦斯、滑坡、堆积体及构造断层等不良地质体对隧道设计提出了高标准要求。文章针对这一现状开展了针对性的隧道设计,从风险等级评估、超前地质预报、不良体预加固、岩溶处理、防突揭煤、开挖工法及结构优化、辅助坑道布设及地表水环境保护等方面深化设计,确保了工程质量,实现了安全可靠及经济合理的目标。同时也进一步完善了复杂山区隧道群关键设计技术,为复杂山区隧道建设提供了工程经验。 The section of Chenggui railway from Sichuan basin to Yunnan-Guizhou plateau,restricted by the terrain conditions,the proportion of tunnels as up to 86.16%,while the geological conditions are very complex,the dangerous rock,karst,coal seam gas,landslide,deposits and other adverse geological fault along the line set high standards for the tunnel design.According to this situation,a targeted tunnel design is carried out,from the level of risk assessment,geological prediction,bad geological body pre reinforcement,karst treatment,outburst coal uncovering,excavation method and structure optimization,auxiliary adit layout and surface water environment protection measures,etc.to ensure the engineering quality,to achieve a safe reliable and reasonable target.At the same time,the key design technology of the tunnel group in complicated mountain is further perfected,which provides the engineering experience for the tunnel construction in the complicated mountain.
