摘要
公平是人类生活的基本价值观,但对于不公平遭遇人们的反应各不相同。这种个体差异即受害者正义感。作为一种稳定的人格特质,过高的受害者正义感对心理健康、人格发展存在消极的影响。因此,有必要探索受害者正义感的神经基础,以加深研究者对受害者正义感个体差异的生物机制的理解。本研究依托一大样本影像数据库(n=184),采用静息态功能连接的分析方法,探索双侧背侧脑岛静息态功能连接和受害者正义感的关系。结果发现,右侧背侧脑岛与右侧中央前回及中央后回的静息态功能连接与受害者正义感呈显著负相关,与提示疼痛信息整合功能相关的脑岛和与疼痛知觉功能相关的感觉皮层的功能整合在受害者正义感的神经基础中起重要作用。本研究从脑功能整合角度出发,研究受害者正义感的神经基础,为后续研究者提供了新的思路和切入点,也加深了研究者对受害者正义感这一人格特质神经基础的理解。
Justice is an important aspect of social life.Justice sensitivity captures the individual difference in reactivity to unfair treatments.As a stable personality trait,an excessive high level of victim sensitivity has a potential negative impact on psychological health and personality development.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the neural mechanisms underlying victim sensitivity to better understand its biological foundation.In the current study,we acquired the resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)data of a group of healthy youths(N=184).Specifying bilateral dorsal insula as the seed region separately,we investigated the relationship between the resting-state functional connectivity of bilateral dorsal insula and victim sensitivity scores measured by justice sensitivity scale.We found that victim sensitivity was negatively correlated with the functional connectivity between the right dorsal insula and the right precentral gyrus/postcentral gyrus.This implied that a functional disintegration between the insular,which is critical in pain information integration,and the somatosensory cortex,which is involved in pain perception,may play a significant role in higher victim sensitivity.Our study for the first time investigated the neural basis of victim sensitivity from the perspective of functional integration,which enriches our current knowledge about the neural basis of victim sensitivity and provides new avenues to future researches.
