摘要
国家实施乡村振兴战略和国土空间规划背景下的"多规合一、生态文明、地域特色、村民意愿"等新形势使得村庄规划编制内容和方法产生新的变展,实现多规合一与实用性强的村庄规划是现阶段编制的主要目标。本文以汨罗市弼时镇大里塘村为例,从方法、内容、流程及成果、村民参与等四个方面探索正在实施的村庄规划的编制方法,为村庄规划编制提供参考。
Under the background of the country’s implementation of rural revitalization strategy and land space planning,the new situation of"multi-planning integration,ecological civilization,regional characteristics,villagers’will"and other new developments in the content and methods of village planning compilation have resulted in the realization of multi-planning integration and practical village planning is the main goal of the compilation at the present stage.Taking Dalitang Village in Bishi Town of Miluo city as an example,this paper explores the compilation method of village planning in practice from four dimensions,such as method,content,flow and result,and villagers’participation,so as to provide a reference for the new round of village planning.
