摘要
公共图书馆作为提升公民科学素养的重要服务机构,中国公民科学素质总体指数落后于发达国家,贵州公民科学素养落后于全国平均水平。以贵阳市为例,图书馆科普服务设施增加、服务能力提升,但依然存在服务意识不够、服务设施薄弱、专业服务人才匮乏、服务方式单一、合作机构缺乏监管等问题,急需重视并加强建设。
As an important service institution to improve citizens’scientific literacy,the overall index of Chinese citizens’scientific literacy falls behind the developed countries,and Guizhou citizens’scientific literacy falls behind the national average level.Taking Guiyang City as an example,the service facilities of scientific popularization have increased and the service capacity has improved in library,but there are still some problems,such as insufficient service awareness,weak service facilities,lack of professional service personnel,single service mode,lack of supervision of cooperative institutions,etc.,which need to be paid attention to and strengthened.
