摘要
十二世纪末开始,欧洲各地的大学陆续建立,包括博洛尼亚大学、牛津大学、巴黎大学,由于教学需要,各大学先后建立了图书馆。而在印刷术普及之前,书籍都是要靠抄写得来,所以价格昂贵。因此大学图书馆的馆藏主要由馈赠得来,图书管理员们使用各种方法保护各自的馆藏书籍。并利用书籍传播知识,为各大学图书馆的兴起和文艺复兴铺平了道路。
Since the end of the 12 th century,universities have been established in Europe,including Bologna University,Oxford University and Paris University.Due to the needs of teaching,universities have successively established libraries.Before the printing press,books were expensive because they had to be copied.As a result,the collections of university libraries are largely made up of donation,and librarians use a variety of methods to preserve their collections.Books were used to spread knowledge,paving the way for the rise of university libraries and the renaissance.
