摘要
基于《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》的基本法条,对公共图书馆的相关基本问题进行了分析与思考,并基于公共图书馆的定位延伸出构建公共图书馆多元化发展体系的思路。
According to the basic law of the Public Library of the People’s Republic of China,this paper analyzes and ponders the related basic problems of public libraries,and puts forward the idea of constructing the diversified development system of public library in accordance with the orientation of public library.
