摘要
贵阳市南明区图书馆开馆两年来,认真贯彻落实《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》,实现项目精准定位,不断凸显服务优势,通过独特的运营管理模式,创新运作机制,提升服务效能,进一步围绕图书馆建立资源整合平台,构建特色品牌。该图书馆作为西南地区区级图书馆文化资源创新性利用、公共文化服务机制改革及公共图书馆社会化运营的探索实践案例,其经验对围绕特色定位构建创新型文化载体及品牌专业化建设等具有积极的参考意义。
Since its opening two years ago,Nanming District Library of Guiyang has conscientiously implemented"the Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China",realized the precise positioning of the project,constantly highlighted the service advantages,through a unique operation management mode,innovated the operation mechanism,improved the service efficiency,established the resource integration platform,and the characteristic brand.As an exploration and practice case of innovative utilization of cultural resources,reform of public cultural service mechanism and socialized operation of public libraries in southwest China,the library’s experience has positive reference significance for the construction of innovative cultural carrier and brand specialization construction around the characteristic orientation.
