摘要
利用傅里叶变换红外光谱和二维相关红外光谱对五优稻米及楚粳稻米进行鉴别研究。结果显示,四种粳稻稻米的FTIR光谱无明显差异。二维相关红外光谱在1000~1600 cm-1范围内,两类稻米自动峰的数量与位置显示差异,在1400~1550 cm-1范围内,不同型号稻米的峰数明显不同。结果表明傅里叶变换红外光谱结合二维相关红外光谱能够有效地区分不同品种的五优稻米和楚粳稻米。
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and two-dimensional correlation infrared(2 D-IR)spectroscopy were used to identify Wuyou rice and Chujing rice.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the FTIR spectra of the four types of japonica rice.The differences of automatic peak number and position of the two type rice were observed in the 2 D-IR spectra in the range of 1000~1600 and 1400~1550 cm-1.The results show that Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy can effectively distinguish Wuyou rice and Chujing rice.
