摘要
弹药爆炸过程中会产生具有较高温度的火球,火球几何尺寸大小直接影响弹药的毁伤半径,因此准确测量不同种类弹药爆炸过程中产生的火球大小对弹药的毁伤威力评估具有重要意义。对20kg TNT裸装药及20 kg含铝炸药进行实爆试验,采用高速摄像机对爆炸火球演化过程进行记录,并对采集的视频进行帧图像处理,获得两种炸药在不同时刻下的火球几何尺寸,并进行对比分析,分析结果表明,20 kg含铝炸药火球持续时间为420 ms,火球水平最大尺寸为13.21 m,竖直最大尺寸为7.53 m,20 kg TNT裸装药火球持续时间为150 ms,火球水平最大尺寸为8.40 m,竖直最大尺寸为6.52 m,由此得出,含铝炸药爆炸火球毁伤威力较同质量装药下的TNT裸装药要大,毁伤更强烈。
During the explosion of the ammunition,a fireball with high temperature will be generated,and the geometric size of the fireball directly affects the damage radius of the ammunition.Therefore,it is of great significance to accurately measure the size of the fireball generated during the explosion of different types of ammunition for the assessment of the damage power of the ammunition.In this paper,the actual explosion test of 20 kg TNT bare charge and 20 kg aluminized explosive was carried out.High-speed camera was used to record the evolution process of explosive fireball,and frame image processing was carried out on the collected video to obtain the geometric dimensions of fireball of the two explosives at different times for comparative analysis.The analysis results show that:the duration of 20 kg aluminum-containing explosive fireball is 420 ms,the maximum horizontal size of the fireball is 13.21 m,and the maximum vertical size is 7.53 m.The maximum size is 6.52 m.From this,it can be concluded that the damage power of the aluminum-containing explosive fireball is greater than that of the TNT bare charge under the same quality charge,and the damage is more intense.
