摘要
目的分析内镜清洗消毒全流程管理提升消化内镜消毒灭菌质量的作用及效果。方法选取2017年11月至2018年10月我院实施常规清洗消毒流程管理的消化内镜364件作为对照组,选取2018年11月至2019年10月实施内镜清洗消毒全流程管理的消化内镜365件作为观察组,比较两组内镜清洗消毒后内镜消毒合格比例、细菌检测阳性率、目测合格率和生物学检测合格率。结果观察组内镜消毒预处理、镜体清洗、附件清洗、漂洗及消毒不合格的比例及内镜细菌检测阳性率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组目测合格率和生物学检测合格率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论对内镜清洗消毒实施全流程管理,可提高内镜清洗消毒各个环节的合格率,提高消化内镜消毒灭菌质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of the whole process management of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection on improving the quality of digestive endoscopes.Methods A total of 364 digestive endoscopes in our hospital that were implemented routine cleaning and disinfection process management from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the control group,and 365 pieces of digestive endoscopes that were implemented the whole process management of cleaning and disinfection from November 2018 to October 2019 was selected as the observation group.The qualified ratio of endoscopes,the positive rate of bacteria detection,the pass rate of visual inspection and pass rate of biological test of the two groups after the endoscopes were cleaned and disinfected were compared.Results The proportion of unqualified endoscopic disinfection pretreatment,mirror body cleaning,accessory cleaning,rinsing and disinfection,and the positive rate of endoscopic bacteria detection in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05);The pass rates of visual inspection and biological test in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the whole process management for the cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes can increase the qualification rate of each link of the endoscope cleaning and disinfection,and improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization of digestive endoscopes.
