摘要
目的探讨4R危机管理在呼吸内科老年住院患者医院感染防控的应用价值。方法选取呼吸内科190位老年住院患者,按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组95例;对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予4R危机管理干预;比较两组患者医院感染发生情况、住院情况及护理结果。结果观察组老年患者住院期间医院感染事件发生率(7.37%)低于对照组(17.89%)(p<0.05);观察组平均住院天数、抗感染费用、住院总费用低于对照组(p<0.05);观察组患者护理不良事件、投诉事件发生率低于对照组,患者对护理工作满意度高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论将4R危机管理理念用于呼吸内科老年患者的护理管理,可降低患者医院感染事件发生率,减少住院时间及费用,提高护理人员综合护理能力。
Objective To explore the application of 4 R crisis management in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in elderly inpatients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine.Methods A total of 190 elderly hospitalized patients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 95 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given 4 R crisis management intervention.The occurrence of nosocomial infections,hospitalization and nursing results between the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of nosocomial infections in the observation group during hospitalization of elderly patients(7.37%)was lower than that of the control group(17.89%)(p<0.05).The observation group’s average length of stay,anti-infection expenses,and total hospitalization expenses were lower than those of the control group(p<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events and complaints in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the patients’satisfaction with nursing work was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Applying the 4 R crisis management concept to the nursing management of elderly patients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections of patients,reduce hospitalization stay and expenses,and improve the comprehensive nursing ability of nursing staff.
