摘要
目的探讨重庆市某高校体育学院与文学院学生眼压的分布特征及其影响因素。方法随机选取2019年5月在重庆某医院体检中心进行毕业体检的大学生264例(体育学院120例,文学院144例)作为研究对象。根据统一标准测量研究对象的身高、体质量、血压、非接触眼压(IOP),同时进行电脑验光并计算等效球镜度(SE),采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行数据整理和统计分析。结果研究对象双眼IOP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),故选取右眼纳入不同学院研究对象的IOP比较。体育学院研究对象IOP和SE分别为(15.17±2.52)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133k Pa)和(1.90±1.83)D,均低于文学院研究对象的(16.09±2.62)mm Hg及(4.11±2.08)D,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,不同学院研究对象的身高、体质量、收缩压(SBP)与舒张压(DBP)及BMI比较,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示:SE是IOP的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论体育学院正常体检人群IOP的均值为15.17mm Hg,文学院正常体检人群则为16.09mm Hg,且SE是IOP的影响因素。因此,应定期开展眼压的体检工作,尤其对近视患者而言。
Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of the intraocular pressure and its influencing factors among graduates from the college of physical education and the college of liberal arts in a university in Chongqing.Methods A total of 264 university graduates(120 from the College of Physical Education and 144 cases from the College of Liberal Arts)who underwent physical examination at the physical examination center of a hospital in Chongqing in May 2019 were randomly selected for this study.The height,body mass,blood pressure,and non-contact intraocular pressure(IOP)of the subjects were measured according to uniform standards,while computerized optometry was performed and the spherical equivalent(SE)was calculated.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data collation and statistical analysis.Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the comparison of IOP between the two eyes of the study subjects,so the right eye was selected for the comparison of IOP in the study subjects from different colleges.The IOP and SE of the study subjects in the college of physical education were(15.17±2.52)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)and(1.90±1.83)D,respectively,which were lower than those of the study subjects in the college of liberal arts,which were(16.09±2.62)mmHg and(4.11±2.08)D,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the differences in height,body mass,SBP and DBP and BMI were statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing the study subjects from different colleges.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that SE was an influencing factor of IOP(P<0.05).Conclusion The mean value of IOP was 15.17 mmHg in the normal physical examination population of the college of physical education and 16.09 mmHg in the normal physical examination population of the college of liberal arts,and SE was an influencing factor of IOP.Therefore,regular physical examination of IOP should be carried out,especially for myopic patients.
